Yangtse River International Engineering (Gh) Co. Ltd. Is the local subsidiary of Yangtse River International Engineering Co. Ltd. (hereafter mentioned Yangtse River Group). The local subsidiary has been registered with the Registrar General, Ghana with Registration No.CA-17,385 on 18th April, 2005 and given a certificate to commence business on 19th
April, 2005. Yangtse River International Engineering Co. Ltd. has a large-scale modern enterprise of distinctive competence, focusing on the fields of house building, real estate development and road & bridge construction, and new materials exploitation. It has the China Quality Management Award Unit, National Civilized Unit and ranks among the top 500 enterprises in China, the top 50 private enterprise on China.
Yangtse River lays emphasis on quality and therefore sticks to the principle of “quality construction and fine management”. Thanks to these efforts, it has been labeled as nationwide model construction enterprises, nationwide user-satisfying construction enterprises, contract-honouring and credit keeping enterprise in Zhejitang, and Zhejiang AAA credit enterprise. “Yangtse River construction” is chosen as the famous trading company of Zhejiang province.
In house construction field, Yangtse River has formed seven regional markets around Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an, Wuhan and Guangzhou. Each year the construction area exceeds five million square meters. More than 92% of its buildings are apprised as outstanding. It has so far presented more than 400 prizes at provincial level, thus honored as a quality constructor that are awarded Lu Ban prizes, national silver medal prizes, or are considered nationwide user-satisfying projects or standard projects by the Construction Ministry.
